What it ended in was a very odd feeling of unreliability.  The site was available to some and not available to others.  It worked for comcast customers, but not qwest dsl.  Needless to say, we take our availability to the community very seriously.  I personally, have been pulling my hair out and staying up very late until we found a solution to the problem. In the end, we backed out the new technology and will implement a different path, which will still give us the reliability along with the availability you have come to expect. Thank you for sticking with us, and I think you'll find the service is much more reliable from here on out! Live chat discontinued (10/2/2008) Just a quick note.  We've discontinued the live chat module on the site.  We've decided it kind of duplicates the forums and with the re-write of the forums as good as they turned out, there really is no need to duplicate features.  Focus all public notices, news releases and other great discussions to the message board/forum areas.  We'll see ya there!
